About Amy Bodek

My design aesthetic was first influenced by my Mom and Aunt. They had impeccable taste and I was highly influenced by their style. As time went on and as I grew older, I continued to develop a love for design. It started in New Jersey, I moved from Cleveland, Ohio after falling in love with NYC. A painting contracting company was formed and I honed my skills in faux finishing, expertly painting marble, wood grain, stencils, and freestyle images. I painted Free Willy on a garage wall! When I had my daughter, I stopped working to care for her.

A few years later, I found myself opening an interior design partnership. I continued interior design education at Parsons School of Design and then gave birth to my second child.

Many adventures in life happened between then and moving to Savannah ( we can have coffee over it). When we moved to Savannah and experienced all the trials and tribulations of renovating and restoring an old home, I suggested to my husband that he needed to reopen his contracting company here in Savannah. A year after he got started, I joined him to develop the business, handle all the marketing, and provide interior design services.

Now stretching out on my own, I am providing the same professional service in project management, interior design/decorating, organizing, and selections.
